F-16 (4WD)

I investigated the form of the tow truck which it was easy to use most that I considered a road, traffic condition of Japan targeting at wrecker road service business that was a customer in Jyonan Factory thoroughly. And it is an F-16 that made your opinion a form.

I began the installing to a carry-on chassis in 2019.


　In addition, I had corrosion of the body and a lot of problem points called shortening of the installing deadline while I investigated it.
I had the corrosion of the body with taking measures and succeeded in using *shukoban called supadaima ® (* 1) with the corrosion resistance of about 4 times of molten galvanizing more than 95% of body shells in the Jonan factory.
In addition, I reviewed a work process from the beginning and adopted CAD for a body design and adopted a laser cut on a panel cut and succeeded in large shortening on an installing deadline by modularizing parts.
